DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic massage technique that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing chronic pain, muscle stiffness, or injury-related tension. Unlike Swedish massage, which is more gentle and relaxing, deep tissue massage involves firmer pressure and slower strokes to target specific problem areas.
This technique works by breaking down adhesions—bands of painful, rigid tissue that can disrupt circulation and cause inflammation, limited movement, and pain. Deep tissue massage helps to reduce these adhesions, improve flexibility, and promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the affected areas.
Commonly used for issues such as back and neck pain, sciatica, muscle strain, and sports-related injuries, deep tissue massage is ideal for clients who prefer a more intense, results-driven treatment. Although the pressure can be more intense, it should always be within the client’s comfort level and communicated clearly with the therapist.
Whether you're an athlete, have a physically demanding job, or suffer from chronic tension, deep tissue massage offers effective relief and long-term benefits for muscular health and well-being.
